It files what comes in, drafts your replies in your own words and follows up when nobody answers. You keep working in the inbox you already have — Triago does its job in the background. Built for contractors and business owners who live in their email.
One click creates your account and connects your mailbox. No password. No email to wait for.
By continuing, you agree to our terms of use, which include 1,200 actions a month. An action is one email sorted, one draft written, one follow-up or one question to Li-A. An extra block of 1,000 is $50 a month, and only if you add it.

One minute. You sign in with Microsoft or Google — Triago never sees your password.
It reads your last 200 sent emails: your tone, your words, your sign-off.
Triago suggests, you say yes. Once you trust it, you let it file on its own.
30+ emails a day, several jobs on the go, little time at the office. Triago files the quotes, the invoices and the follow-ups with your subs.
Follow up with your clients without losing the thread. Triago spots the emails still waiting for an answer and prepares the follow-up in your tone.
Architect, engineer, accountant: everything gets filed by client, project or supplier. Triago understands what the email is about — no rules to write.

It processes your email without learning from it. Your data stays yours.
Triago is an AI email assistant built in Quebec, Canada, that works with Outlook (Microsoft 365) and Gmail. It sorts your incoming email into your folders, drafts your replies in your own style and follows up on the ones that got no answer. It works inside the mailbox you already use, and Li-A, its assistant, sets it up for you in plain words.
For a small business with nobody to sort the email, Triago does the sorting, prepares the replies and keeps track of what is still waiting for an answer, right inside Outlook or Gmail. One licence covers one person and all of their mailboxes. There is no new tool to learn: your inbox stays your inbox.
Triago does what SaneBox and Fyxer do, sorting the inbox and preparing replies, with three differences: you don’t set it up yourself (you tell Li-A what you want and she does it), it works in English and French, and its data is hosted in Canada. It works with Outlook and Gmail. Our comparison puts the facts side by side, taken from each product’s own website.
Yes. Triago’s data is hosted in Canada, in Montreal, and your emails stay in your Outlook or Gmail mailbox. No AI model is trained on your emails. Our privacy policy names every provider, as Quebec’s Law 25 requires.
Triago reads your last 200 sent emails: your tone, your words, how formal you are, your sign-off. That’s what it uses to write your drafts. You can change this profile whenever you want.
Yes. Your email stays in your Outlook or Gmail mailbox. We don’t read your email: Triago keeps only what it needs to sort, and access on our side is restricted. Your sign-in tokens are encrypted with a key kept outside the database. The AI doesn’t train on your email, and it deletes what it receives within 30 days, under its published policy. You sign in with Microsoft or Google. The data lives in Canada, in Montreal.
No — it does what they can’t. A rule follows exact words: this sender, that word. Triago understands what the email is about. It can file a quote in the right folder even when none of the exact words are in it.
One click. You choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Microsoft”, you say yes, and it’s done: your account is created and your mailbox is connected. No password, no email to wait for. Triago reads your mailbox (about a minute), learns how you write, then starts in preview: you say yes before it moves anything.
One free month to start: you add your card, nothing is charged for 30 days, and you cancel before then if it’s not for you. The first year is half price: $50 a month, or $500 for the year. After that, it’s $100 a month or $1,000 a year. For comparison, an administrative assistant costs $40,000 to $50,000 a year.
Yes, and it’s a generous one. One licence is one person, with as many mailboxes as they want, and 1,200 actions a month across all of them. An action is one thing the AI does for you: an email sorted, a draft written, a follow-up, or a question to Li-A. The emails you send yourself don’t count. That’s about 55 actions per business day — more than most business owners need. Beyond that, an extra block of 1,000 actions is $50 a month. You’re warned before you reach the limit, and nothing is added without your OK. The first-year 50% discount applies to the licence, not to the blocks.
Yes. Triago works with Outlook 365 and with Gmail. You can connect several mailboxes of both to the same Triago account.
You click “Not the right place”, pick the right folder, and Triago learns. It remembers your corrections so it doesn’t make the same mistake twice.
Yes. You create your tags: name, colour, keywords, senders. You choose what Triago does when it recognizes one: apply the tag, prepare a draft, or reply. Your tags show up in Outlook and in Gmail. Or you skip all that and just tell Li-A, Triago’s assistant, what you want.
Only if you want it to — it’s off by default. On a tag where you turn it on (with a double confirmation), Triago replies on its own when it’s very sure. At the slightest doubt, it prepares a draft instead. You can turn it off any time.
