Terms of use

1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the use of Triago, an email assistant offered by Gestimatech inc. — NEQ 1181426454, a company incorporated in Quebec (Canada), with its head office at 102 rue Fleurie, Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil (Quebec) J3G 0E6 (“ Gestimatech”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you (“the user”) accept these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Triago helps automatically sort the emails received in an Outlook or Gmail mailbox according to the rules set by the user, write draft replies in the user's style, and follow up on sent emails that got no reply. The user stays in control of their mailbox and folders at all times.
3. Included usage limit and pricing
A Triago license covers one person, with as many mailboxes as they want, and includes 1,200 actions per month across all their mailboxes. An action is something the artificial intelligence does for the user: an incoming email sorted, a draft written, a follow-up generated or a question asked to Li-A. The same email can therefore count twice if it is sorted and then a draft is written for it. Emails the user sends themselves do not count. The counter resets at the start of each month.
When a mailbox is connected, Triago offers a catch-up sort of the 1,200 most recent emails already in its inbox — the equivalent of a full month, offered once per mailbox and not counted against the monthly limit. It starts from the “Update my mailbox” button on the Tags tab. Emails older than those 1,200 are not sorted automatically; they stay untouched in the mailbox and can be processed later within the monthly limit or an additional block. The limit of 1,200 actions per month applies to the regular use that follows the connection.
The service does not stop at the limit. Reaching 1,200 actions blocks nothing: Triago keeps sorting, writing and following up. The counter shown in the application warns you at 80% of the limit, then shows the overage — it informs, it does not stop.
If that pace becomes normal use, an additional block of 1,000 actions can be added for $50 per month. No block is added without the user's explicit consent: an overage triggers no automatic charge, and no amount is charged to a payment method unless the user decided it. The price is shown here so that it is known in advance, never so that it is charged automatically.
License price. The subscription is taken at the pace the user chooses: monthly, at $100 per month, or yearly, at $1,000 per year. During the first year, these amounts are cut in half: $50 per month, or $500 for the year. The discount applies to the base license and not to additional blocks. Prices are in Canadian dollars, taxes extra.
Free trial. A payment method is asked for when you subscribe, but nothing is charged during the first 30 days. A user who cancels before the end of this trial pays nothing. If they do not cancel, the first payment is collected at the end of the trial, then at each period according to the pace chosen. Cancellation can be done at any time from the subscription management in Triago; it takes effect at the end of the period already paid, which remains due. Any change to these amounts follows the “Changes” section.
4. Account and access
The user signs in with a magic link sent to their email address, then connects their Outlook (Microsoft Graph) or Gmail (Google OAuth) mailbox. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their email address and of the access they grant. They can revoke access at any time from Triago or from their Microsoft / Google account.
5. Permitted use and restrictions
The user agrees to use Triago only with their own mailboxes or those for which they have explicit authorization. It is forbidden to:
- Try to access other users' mailboxes or data
- Get around technical limits (scheduled jobs, quotas, approval checks)
- Use Triago to send spam, or illegal, fraudulent, hateful or discriminatory content
- Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the service
- Use the service to train other artificial intelligence models
6. Intellectual property
The source code, the interface, the Triago brand and the sorting models belong to Gestimatech inc. The content of emails and the style profile generated for the user remain the user's exclusive property. Gestimatech claims no right to this data and does not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
Triago is offered “as is”. We do our best to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Triago depends on third-party services (Microsoft Graph, Google Gmail API, Anthropic Claude API, Supabase, Cloudflare, Brevo) — an outage at a provider can affect the service.
To the extent permitted by law, Gestimatech cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of opportunities related to the use of the service. Gestimatech's total liability for any dispute is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service over the last 12 months (or zero if the service is used free of charge).
8. Service providers and hosting
Triago entrusts some processing to service providers: Supabase (database and authentication, Montreal region, Canada), Cloudflare (computing and delivery), Anthropic (Claude API, AI processing), Brevo (sending transactional emails). For processing that involves personal information, see the Privacy policy.
9. Termination
The user can delete their account at any time from the settings or by writing to us. All associated data will be erased within a reasonable time (except where the law requires us to keep it). Gestimatech may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, after reasonable notice except in urgent cases (security, fraud, abuse).
10. Changes
These terms may change. Any material change will be communicated by email to the address associated with the account. A user who keeps using the service after a change accepts the new terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will fall under the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
