What does an AI email assistant do for you?

FR

An AI email assistant works inside the inbox you already have. It sorts what comes in. It drafts replies that sound like you. It prepares follow-ups on emails that got no answer. By default, you read and you send. The goal is simple: the email that matters stops getting lost in the pile.

Three jobs it does for you

  1. It sorts what comes in. Triago puts your tags on each new email, in your Outlook or Gmail. What needs an action stays in front of you. The rest can file itself, if you turn it on.
  2. It drafts replies in your voice. Triago reads your last 50 sent emails and learns your tone. When a tag writes a reply, it's a draft in your style. You read it, change a word if you want, and send it.
  3. It prepares your follow-ups. You put the “Triago - Follow up” label on a sent email (“Triago/Follow up” in Gmail). If nobody answers, Triago prepares the follow-up after the delay you chose. It stops when the reply comes in.

You set it up by talking to Li-A

Li-A is the assistant inside Triago. You tell her what you want, in plain words. She sets it up for you. Here is how she talks, in her own words from the app:

  • When you arrive: “Hi! I’m Li-A. Ask me where to set something up, or tell me what’s missing. I’ll take care of the rest. 🙂”
  • On your drafts: “Triago prepares the replies. You read them, you send them.”
  • On what Triago filed: “Don't like where one went? Fix it HERE: that's how it learns.”

That last one matters. You correct Triago in one place, and it learns your way.

What stays yours

You keep your mailbox and your habits. There is no new tool to learn. Triago’s data is hosted in Canada, in Montreal, and your emails stay in your Outlook or Gmail mailbox. No AI model is trained on your emails.

The real gain is peace of mind. You open your inbox and you know where to start.

Frequently asked questions

Does an AI email assistant send emails without me?

Only what you turn on yourself, tag by tag. When a tag writes a reply, it's a draft, and you send it. Follow-ups are prepared the same way. You can turn on sending for follow-ups, or set a tag to reply and send on its own. Nothing goes out without you, except what you turned on.

Will the replies sound like me?

Yes. Triago reads your last 50 sent emails to learn your tone, your usual phrases and your length. Its drafts then follow that voice. You can add your signature, as text or as an image.

Does it work with Outlook and Gmail?

Yes. Triago works with Microsoft Outlook, including Microsoft 365, and with Gmail and Google Workspace. Sorting also works on personal Hotmail and Outlook.com mailboxes. You connect a mailbox with your Microsoft or Google sign-in. One person can connect several mailboxes.

How long does it take to set up?

Connecting a mailbox takes about ten minutes, measured with our first testers. Then Li-A guides you step by step. You tell her what you want, and she sets Triago up for you.
